 The Second Convocation of Bankura University (2025) was officially held on:

• Venue: Rabindra Bhavan, Bankura
• The ceremony was presided over by the Chancellor (Governor of West Bengal), C. V. Ananda Bose

🎓 Key highlights

• Ph.D. awardees and medal recipients were conferred their degrees and honours during the ceremony
• Registration (for eligible candidates) required prior application and fee submission before the event
• Notable personalities were awarded honorary degrees, including cricketer Jhulan Goswami, who received a D.Litt.

• The university had declared a holiday on that day due to the convocation

It was the 2nd convocation since the university’s establishment in 2014
